Define the brand’s role in the moment
Before writing a headline, ask why the brand should speak now. Its role may be to make an experience easier, bring people together, share useful knowledge or create space for appreciation. If no natural role appears, quiet participation may be stronger than a campaign that adds nothing.
Write one sentence that begins: during this season we will help our audience to. Finish it with an observable action. That sentence becomes a filter for every idea, partnership, post and offer.
Build the rhythm before the peak day
Divide the campaign into anticipation, a main moment and continuation. Anticipation creates meaning or curiosity, the main moment delivers the idea clearly, and continuation turns attention into an experience, service or useful content. Depending on one post places all the effort on a very short moment.
Plan approvals, production and distribution early, especially when the campaign includes Arabic, English, video and partners. Set a final copy date, a visual date, time for mobile testing and room to adjust before launch.
Measure what remained after the season
Do not limit the review to reach during campaign week. Watch conversations started, return visits, content people continued to save or share and any improvement in offer understanding. Seasonal value becomes clearer when the work leaves an asset or relationship the brand can build on.
After the campaign, write one page covering what connected, what felt predictable, what failed operationally and what will be kept for next season. Experience then accumulates instead of every occasion beginning from zero.
- An honest role for the brand
- Anticipation, moment and continuation
- An early approval path
- Learning saved for the next season
